Jay City Finance was founded in 2004 by company Managing Director Chris Topping, who had acquired a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience working with two major leasing businesses over the previous eleven years.  Chris and his team at Jay City Finance are proud to work with a client list of quality corporate bodies.  It is these relationships that Jay City Finance strives to build, and each one stands as testament to the energy, passion and innovative style which characterise the company’s operations.
